Clients are required to secure their appointment time using a valid, up to date debit or credit card via secure link at time of booking.

Bacs payments to be paid in full at time of booking.

Clients are required to arrive 5 minutes before allocated time slot to avoid delay.

Late arrivals will be charged in full from the start of their appointment time.

48 hours (2 working days notice) is required for all cancellations/amendments.

Minimum cancellation fee of 50% of the full appointment will be charged if appointments are cancelled or amended outside of the notice period.

100% of appointment price will be charged for any No shows/appointments cancelled on day or after business hours on the day before appointment.

All charges to be paid immediately.

Unpaid charges will be recovered via small claims court.

Inappropriate, abusive and/or threatening behaviour/language will not be tolerated and clients will be asked to leave the premises.

Flawless Electrolysis reserves the right to accept treatments based on a consultation basis only

N.B. A strict policy is implemented without exception in ALL cases.
